This training is for staff designated to maintain a website for their respective offices or units. Drupal will be the platform to be used for the training.

This training is particularly for the University staff who need to use existing computing resources to the maximum for their work productivity. One of these resources is the Microsoft 365 cloud service, the subscription to which is managed by the UP System.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the end of the 9 hours of training, the participants will be able to do the following:

  1. Differentiate Google Workspace from Microsoft 365
  2. Use various features of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other Microsoft 365 applications, that are useful for office productivity
  3. Use OneDrive and SharePoint as alternative cloud services for electronic files management

PREREQUISITES: 

  1. Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  2. Has an @outlook.up.edu.ph account
  3. Acts as Documents and Records Custodian, Records Officer, or Administrative Officer of the office
